Schools & student groups
A memorable group tripstarts with a clear plan.
For school administrators, teachers, parents and adult organizers planning travel for a student group.
For adult organizers
Student travel works best when the plan is clear from the start — for organizers, parents and travelers alike.
Three kinds of student travel
Every group starts in a different place.
- School-sponsored trips
- Trips organized through a school, led by staff, with the school’s own policies and approvals.
- Parent-organized graduation trips
- Senior or graduation trips planned by parents or adult organizers, independent of the school.
- College-age student groups
- Groups of adult students traveling together, often with a designated organizer.

The plan behind the trip
The details that shape a group trip.
We help organizers think through the practical questions early, so the trip is easier to approve, explain to families and run on the day.
- Group size and the number of adult organizers traveling
- Overall and per-person budget
- Departure airports and travel dates
- Suitable accommodation and room arrangements
- Ground transport and transfers
Clear responsibilities
What we do — and what organizers do.
FaSy Travel coordinates travel arrangements such as accommodation, transport and excursions. Supervision, chaperoning, safeguarding, school approvals and any educational content remain the responsibility of the school or the adult organizers.
Our enquiry form asks only for group-level details. Please do not send student names, passport details, payment information or medical records.
